Functions of Administration Department

  1. Appointments of class1 to 4 on establishment by direct recruitment and promotion.
  2. Transfers of officers and employees according to their seniority in the department.
  3. Prepare recruitment rules for all cadres of establishment.
  4. prepare and publish seniority lists for all cadres.
  5. Provide house loan, vehicle loan, computer loan to officers and employees working on the establishment.
  6. Administrative work related to establishment of all the officers and employees.
  7. To give benefits to the employees after completion of 12 and 24 years.
  8. Prepare and get check the rosters from backward cell.
  9. Make available manpower for office work form service provider.
  10. Appoint Retired officers.

Functions of Store Department

  1. Purchase of office stationery and distribute it to all departments.
  2. Hire the Contract Vehical as per requirement.
  3. Maintenance and repair works of office vehicles of Authority. Maintenance of Xerox,machines and Toner refilling.
  4. Printing of Registers,books,forms.
